Great video! But replacing the folks in the national government is not the ONLY way…We need a legislature and governor who will channel Old Hickory: “Chief Justice Roberts has issued his opinion, now, let him enforce it.”
Let’s adopt the language used in the Wyoming Firearms Freedom Act >:)
The Tennessee constitution says the legislature may regulate “the wearing of arms” with a view to preventing crime. So, depending upon the will of the people, “no guns in bars” or “no guns in church” is a perfectly legitimate law.
However…the way things are going at the national(ist) government level…I’m a little concerned about licensing and registration records being used against the citizenry. Lets adopt licensing/carry laws similar to those in Vermont and Alaska.
We are already forced to submit to a background check just to buy a gun. Let’s do away with requiring a permission slip to carry a weapon (and the identifying information kept on file somewhere).
